While Moore and Nelson identify the frustration of both activities and scientists in promoting the environmental ethics, however, this paper does not agree with the authors that the governments do not act or create policy to avert future harm of the climate change. Many advanced and emerging countries are continuously creating policies to enhance environmental ethics within their countries. Moreover, many non-government organizations are also in the forefront in promoting the environmental ethics, and these organizations have been able to influence the government policy to promote environmental ethics.
